ABOUT
MankindTV was founded by filmmaker and photographer Scott Council.
For more than 18 years, Scott has worked in commercial production, creating photography and film for advertising agencies, entertainment companies, publications, brands, artists, and athletes. That experience taught him how to work within demanding productions, collaborate with creative teams, and carry an idea from its earliest stages through the final image.
Photography taught Scott to observe people closely. Over time, filmmaking became a deeper calling. It gave him the space to listen, follow a story, and explore the experiences that shape who people are.
For Scott, filmmaking is more than a job. It is a vocation rooted in curiosity, empathy, and a lifelong interest in people. He created MankindTV to make work that respects the people in front of the camera and recognizes the meaning already present in their lives and work.

Theresa Marth is an Emmy and Golden Lion nominated producer with decades of experience in commercial production. She has produced projects around the world for leading agencies, brands, and production companies.
Theresa is known for keeping complicated productions organized, on budget, and moving forward while creating an environment where people enjoy doing their best work.
Scott has worked with Theresa since 2017 and considers her one of the best producers he has ever worked with. She brings experience, calm, humor, and a genuine respect for the people around her to every production.
At MankindTV, Theresa helps make sure the work stays focused on what matters most: the story, the people, and making the production run beautifully.
